We are pleased to announce the ASEP activities for the Spring 2025 term! Below, you will find details about each activity and how to sign up to receive more information.

We’re also excited to share that we are looking into offering a new ASEP activity – Krav Maga – and we’d love to know how many students might be interested!
If you’d like to receive more details about this potential activity, simply add "ASEP Krav Maga" to your activity selection and we will send you more information before you commit to signing your child up.

Swimming
We will have four different groups, ranging from beginner to very advanced, to reflect the student's abilities.

Piano and guitar.

Important Notes

• First-Come, First-Served: Spaces are limited, so please register early.


• Deadline: Submit your response as soon as possible but no later than Sunday, April 20th, at 21:00.


• After the deadline email asep@ptaesn.org to check availability

Registration Details

• Purpose of Registration: This form is to see how many are interested and help the PTA determine whether to organize these classes.


• Interest Registration Only: Please note that this is not an official activity enrolment.


• Separate Forms: One form must be completed for each child. Please ensure you use the child’s name, not the guardian’s, on the form.


• Communication: Invitations and updates about ASEP activities will be shared exclusively through MyClub.

Acknowledgement
At the end of the registration page, please check the "acceptance" box to confirm your understanding and acceptance of the PTA’s use of MyClub for managing ASEP activities.

It is important to regularly check your emails for updates from MyClub, as the lead time for activities to start is short. Please respond promptly when requested to ensure your child does not lose their spot. For any questions or clarifications, please contact the PTA by email at asep@ptaesn.org.
